An Introduction to the New Employment Contracts

After two years of intensive drafting by the Policy Development Committee, the Society of Christian Schools in British Columbia rolled out new employment contracts for member schools in the spring of 2013. These three videos are a short introduction to the rationale behind the implementation of new contracts. The Christian Teachers Association of BC and the Christian Principals Association of BC endorse the contracts and encourage their members to enthusiastically embrace them.
